Donna Kunde is an International Leadership and Personal Growth Coach, Facilitator, Speaker,and Trainer.
Drawing on her 20+ years’ experience in military leadership she presents workshops, keynote presentations and teleseminars on leadership, personal growth, sales, communication, and team building.
During the course of her career, Donna has held a wide range of leadership, educational and entrepreneurial positions in the US Army, non-profit organizations and Direct Sales companies. Donna’s interest in teaching leadership and personal growth developed as she overcame a debilitating battle with Lyme disease after retiring from the US Army. This experience, combined with her experience as a Christian Cancer Support group facilitator and her background as a Music Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist gives a unique perspective to every presentation. It is Donna‘s hope that by sharing her knowledge that others will feel empowered to make changes in their own lives, businesses and communities.

She was able to fully realize this goal when, at the request of the Costa Rican government, Donna accompanied Dr. John C. Maxwell and his team to successfully train 15,0000 Round Table facilitators in three days, resulting in a 2% transformation of that nation and projected to reach another 60,000 Costa Ricans the following week. Her trademark energetic communication style and teaching skills have earned her a reputation as a highly effective speaker and respected facilitator.
Donna is a lifelong learner. She earned a BMus Degree with a major in Music Therapy and Music Education K-12 from Immaculata University and is currently enrolled in the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA) on her way to earning a Diploma as an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner . She has professional coaching certifications from the John Maxwell Team and Coach Approach Ministries (CCLC). Additionally, Donna is a Certified Human Behavior Consultant with Personality Insights Institute (DISC method) and is a certified Advanced Behavioral Analysis Consultant of the Maxwell Method of Impact (DISC).

Raj in his profession as a CFO was with Higher Achievement, Inc. a non-profit serving Middle School Children, before which he was the CFO at Campagna Center for over eight-years. He has over 30 years of experience in the Non-Profit Sector.
From a very early age, Raj had a passion for Self-improvement and Self Development. Learning about success, achieving success and teaching success has been his lifelong goal. Raj believes success is a journey, not a destination. This journey is to be enjoyed at every stage of life.

HEATHER KEISTER - EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TRAINER
Heather Keister is an Executive Director with The John Maxwell Team and is an independent certified John C. Maxwell speaker, trainer, and coach. She has studied and applied the principles of John Maxwell's leadership over the course of her 21 years working in the Federal government. She currently helps others learn to apply those same principles to further their success. She is also a Maxwell Method Certified DISC Trainer and a Personality Insights Level 1 DISC Accredited Trainer. She has provided leadership training for hundreds of staff at the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), as well as for chapters of the Association of Government Accountants (AGA).
Ms. Keister is an Assistant Director in GAO’s Financial Management and Assurance team. She currently leads audits of government programs. Previously, she was responsible for research, drafting, and consultations with experts in developing and writing major sections of the 2011 revision to the Government Auditing Standards (The Yellow Book), as well as the July 2007 Yellow Book, and worked on updating GAO’s Financial Audit Methodology for conformance with the 2011 Yellow Book. Ms. Keister also worked on the Standards for Internal Control in the Federal Government (The Green Book), and GAO’s work related to the audit standards of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions. Ms. Keister also provided numerous training sessions on auditing and internal control standards. During a detail in GAO’s Audit Policy and Quality Assurance (APQA) team, she managed the annual internal inspection program, served as a liaison to the external peer review team on the 2013 GAO peer review, and provided quality assurance training. Prior to joining GAO, Ms. Keister played a significant role in the Naval Audit Service’s audit quality assurance function and performed numerous performance and financial audits of the U.S. Department of the Navy.
As part of completing the Executive Leadership Program at the USDA Graduate School, Ms. Keister participated in leadership development and management courses, and completed developmental assignments that included an audit of EPA’s strategic human capital initiative and providing support to the government-wide Joint Financial Management Improvement Program.
Ms. Keister previously served as the Regional Vice-President for the Capital Region of the AGA and as the President of the Northern Virginia Chapter of AGA. She is also a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors. Ms. Keister has a Master of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Music/Business from Grove City College. She holds the following certifications: Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certification in Risk Management Assurance. She received GAO’s Meritorious Service Award in 2012 for her work on auditing standards and the Comptroller General’s Integrity Award in 2006 for her work on the Yellow Book team.

Sheikh Rahman is a positive, inspirational person who loves technology, anthropology and human science. He believes leadership comes with responsibility. He was trained as an engineer working in difficult electronics or communication and found that his passion is working with people, and he thrives at it.
